The people behind MONKS have spent decades working in retail purchasing and administration. We understand the decisions behind a product range and the day-to-day processes that keep supplier relationships working.
MONKS grew out of this shared experience. Our idea was to bring together knowledge from the retail side and apply it to our work as an importer. We know first-hand what purchasing and administration teams expect from a partner.
It means suitable products, clear product information, agreed packaging and transparent delivery planning. Accessible contacts and coordination of product documentation also matter. We consider these requirements from the start because we have sat on the other side of the table.
